Heirloom Tomatoes with Basil and Feta Cheese

3 pounds mixed heirloom tomatoes
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6-8 leaves fresh basil, snipped into small pieces
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges; place in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, basil and olive oil and toss gently until combined. Garnish with feta cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 6.

Note: Select heirloom tomatoes in a variety of colors.
