This is not Chick-fil-A’s recipe, but a good copycat.
4 cups kale, loosely chopped
1 bunch broccolini, chopped
1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
Roasted chopped nuts, to your taste
Maple Vinaigrette, to your taste
Combine the kale, broccolini, dried cherries and nuts in a large bowl. About 15 minutes before serving add Maple Vinaigrette and toss well. Makes 4-6 portions.
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, or to taste
Whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, vinegar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
